Mental health support in West Lothian

We provide a medium to long term service, 24 hours a day, to support people with mental health issues. We also provide support for people with learning disabilities.

Our experienced, qualified team are centrally based in Livingston.

Support

We want everyone we support to achieve their recovery goals. We know everyone's circumstances are unique and we tailor our support to meet every aspect of their lives, including:

  • Recovery planning
  • Personal care
  • Support with medication and treatment
  • Support with finding or managing a home
  • Developing relationships and communication
  • Developing social interests
  • Community participation and involvement
  • Using public transport
  • Getting into education and employment.

Participation

Everyone is in control of planning their support. We encourage people to get involved wherever possible to help us improve our service.

Quality of service

We constantly review the quality of our services to ensure that we continue to find new and better ways of providing support. The service is independently inspected by The Care Inspectorate.
